Oh, Miranda and Samara, where should I start... Battlefield is the perfect setting for high heels and cleavage of doom, yes really (or why not go nude ala Jack)... Feels really cartoony and strategic marketing to attract all the 14 year old kiddos. Something I liked with ME1 was that everyone was very realisticly equiped. Just strange to change that in the sequel.

End game suicide mission scenario: Mirandas get stuck in metal grates with her heel and while she struggles to free herself HARBINGERREAPER shots her in the face unless you upgrade her gear to combat boots through loyalty mission. :x

LOL!  Yeah - the least BW could have done is give her Jacob-type boots.  If you look at them you realize he's wearing the same knee-high boots as Miranda minus the high heels.  Hmmmm....

Don't get me wrong... I like Miranda a lot. She's one of my top three favorites.

But I find it really sad that she wants to command respect and yet wears a hooch suit. She'd write it off as using everything her father designed her for to her advantage. Dressing ****ty doesn't command respect; it objectifies you. You'd figure that a emotionally withdrawn, no-nonesense person like her would dress in a manner more fitting to her personality.

I blame the fanservice.

You're right; it doesn't actually really fit her character very well. There are other skankaliciously dressed characters, but it fits a little bit better with their personalities.

One time I picked Morinth over Samara because I liked Morinth's outfit so much better. Didn't realize they'd make her pretend to be Samara in that lame outfit instead =/

Morinth is a psychopath people like that tend to say what you want them to hear. To me, there is no way to justify letting Morinth survive after hearing what that girl Nef went through. See I'm a crime buff, and my interest is the different types of Serial Killers in the world. Morinth fits the bill of being a Serial Killer they tend to lure there victims with what they want to hear ect.

You would think she should realise that being so smart and all. I think it's really hilarious with the random npc's ridiculing her because of her outfit (especially the comment from the asari commando during her loyalty mission, it was spot on).

I really do miss the ability to change/upgrade armor. While the old inventory system was cumbersome, I always thought it was really because there was no way to logically organize it so you could really see what you had. And I appreciated being able to sell the stuff and buy upgraded armor for the entire squad. I miss that in ME2. I prefer to be able to dress my squad realistically.

@ Shenzi - thanks for the link.

@ Kabby: Happy b-day!

Well I'm off to run errands for awhile. See you guys later!

Makes you wonder if it's a small "take that" from Bioware to themselves. "Yeah, we are aware of that her outfit is ridiculous."

Time to make bad jokes about Kaidan's hotness being the cause of this...

Wow, has taken me *mumble* days to get through this whole thread (and not in a '1, 2, miss a few...' way either :D) but now, no more to read?! *feels a bit lost*

Congrats on so many pages of Kaidan support though, just crawled out from Lurkers Corner to throw a 'thanks for the entertainment' out there!

(Don't know if I'm doin this rite *crosses fingers that the pic works and doesn't break anything*)

Have loved reading all your stuffs by the way; FF (omg, medigel? Chakwas?!:D), general silli- uh, gutterness as well as the interesting discussions on what's to come etc., and seeing all the art.

Love to you all (nh, obviously) :)

Do you think they will keep the Normandy as it is for ME3? Just thinking about where new squadmates would go. Since I had Miranda die in one playthrough I hope Liara could have her office and Kaidan of course can stay in my cabin with me. Or maybe they will have the elevator access another level? I spend way too much time thinking about what-ifs :( If I have to kill off more ME2 squad members to make room though I will!

I think that they might make a newer level to hold the new squad mates.

I think it depends on if surviving ME2 squadmembers are brought back as full squadmembers or in other roles. If all aren't brought back in full roles/squadmembers, you may not have to alter the ship at all.

Pretty sure the Normandy will get upgrades from somewhere, doubt they'll pull the destruction card again.
