I was pretty happy with my femShep first time around. I gave her a mature look that fit well with her military background. I thought she looked as good as Ashley or Liara. I imported my main Shep to Me2 and came to the point where i meet Samara the first time and I realised how bland my Shep was in comparison to her. I really love Samaras face. She got strong facial features that I want for my Shep. I want my Shep to look badass and it's just not possible with the options you get in game. Sigh.

None of the noses really work, IMHO. They're either too big or too wide, or just tiny ski slope noses. That being said, I did actually find a nose that looks quite a bit like mine, hee.

Incidentally, am I the only person who sticks with the same femshep looks?

My second ME1 Shep was this one, but with blue eyes. I tried making a blonde and a redhead but didn't like how their faces came out (too different, yet too similar at the same time). Besides, it didn't feel right seeing ANOTHER WOMAN with Bellara's Kaidan. The only thing I changed about her after importing was her lipstick, and I might have filled out her cheeks a little bit. This is my second Bellara, who grew out her hair after she went through ME2 the first time, and decided to get over her addiction to red eyeshadow.

ETA: It's hard to get the eyebrows at the height you want them too! Hers are as far down as they can go, but she still looks mildly surprised in her pics.

I stay with the same redhead femshep look that's my avatar, I tried her has a blond but with Shep's voice I kept seeing Starbuck.

I blame choosing same elements (nose/lips), thou when I play I don't find them similar. At the start the first one had different lips shape, but after creating the second one (my look alike), I liked the smaller version, so I made changes at my last playtrough.
I had problems with my look alike Shep, because there's no nose that looks like mine.

Oh, there's a spider on my desk.

Aaw, you know, it reminds me of my early college years, I knew this guy who was really smart, funny and stuff and one of the best students around, but he had this large scar on his cheek and forehead, like he sustained severe burns long ago, it wasn't pretty and he wasn't too handsome (not my type anyways). But I liked him for his personality and if I wasn't in relationship, who knows... It's really easy to forget the appearance if someone has amazing character. I guess Shepard is amazing too.

My femSheps usually look alike, but I tend towards liking a certain "look", so it makes sense.  I used to put more makeup on my characters in ME1, but the lip colors seem more garish and weird in ME2, so I went with nude lips with just eyeshadow.

My new character, Sexy Renegade Jane Shepard, however, sleeps with her makeup on.  She's very vain.  But even she is amazed by how egotistical Miranda is:

Well, I don't like the way most of the noses look, and like Teen, there is a certain image I have of how my Sheps should look that are vaguely similar to begin with. But Shep's voice and both the paragon/renegade personalities remind me distinctly of some characters I've made in the past so I have a perspective that I kind of look for.

In chapter 17 of http://www.fanfictio...dard_issue_life Kaidan actually comments on Miranda's inappropriate outfit, one of the only fics I've seen that addresses that

"The black-haired didn't seem appropriately dressed for the occasion, though, and he couldn't help himself but stare at her ass for a short moment, wondering if she ever used it as a means of distraction"

Oh and yeah I really want more chapters of this fic but there hasn't been an update since the 18th /cry

I can't say my main FemShep isn't based on one of my OC's but the look is where similarity ends ^^; Same with my Oblivion/Fallout 3/Neverwinter Night characters - all of them have dark hair and bright eyes.

Teen, my curiosity has gotten the better of me, too. I just hope they aren't making a big deal out of some silly, insignificant announcment.  And I agree; we need more fanfics. I keep checking on ones that I'm following and getting disappointed that they aren't being updated (i.e. Standard Issue). Hopefully that just means the fics will be really good once they are put out there/updated.

Time sure is flying, I remember the countdown being on 5 days...not like 40 minutes. 5 days passed already. Wow. I should prolly create a new Kaidan pic huh...*chuckles* If time keeps going like this, ME3 and Kaidan closure will be just around the corner

yay I'm not alone in my craziness for once! I wish Kasumi would hurry up and come out...I finished my ME1 dudeShep playthrough over the weekend and imported him. I did the Hammerhead missions last night and will probably do the Normandy crash site today. I think those are really the only missions with no squad interaction. I may have to take the disc out of my 360 to keep me from wanting to play it daily. More DLC BioWare, I need MORE!


Oh yesss Jho, more Kaidan pics are definitely needed

My fem Shep always looks the same even if I start a new one, and I'm told she looks like other people's brunette Sheps too lol.
