Alistair is really sweet and romantic.

I'd like to see Kaidan's practical and thoughtful side in ME3 more. He puts the interests of Shepard first, and that's why he fought with her on Horizon over Cerberus. Maybe he gives her a gift of a new weapon or an armor upgrade. That would be super sweet. :)

I think I'd also like to see Kaidan stand up for himself a bit - show a bit that he has grown on the last events. Maybe that he actually demands that she should make a decision - one way or another or that he is insisting on going with her on a dangerous mission or just something that our FemSheps just can't talk him out of - something that proves that he has become even stronger (character wise maybe).

But yeah a practical gift would be sweet - or a combination... something she could use in a fight and still remind her of him?

If you renegadeize him, he gets very feisty.

I think he stands on his own well enough, but in ME1, he's the subordinate, so he can't really object to her actions too strongly. He'll offer a gentle opinion on something like the rachni queen, but it's said in the way he has to say it as a subordinate.

Let's hope he's on equal footing with Shepard in ME3 (and a squaddie) so that we can see his true opinions as a peer this time :)

What is it with BioWare and wanting you to make meanies of all the sweethearts?  Renegade Kaidan...Hardened Alistair...
Jaded Liara...

You know what, BioWare?  I like my sweathearts.  Leave 'em that way.

You know you wanted to say "harden"

Kaidan's cool with being hardened.

Yeah I don't think any of us will ever be able to use (or hear)  the word 'harden' again without giggling & heading straight for the gutter.

Hmm.. did hit Submit too fast on the previous post... *blushes*

As for Kaidan - I think that if HE hadn't 'toughened* up a bit during the time Shepard was considered dead, he would be still a bit... hmm.... reserved? Controlled? Emotionally leveled? Not sure how to explain it really - just that it was the first time on Horizon that he was angry, actually really let his emotions speak - kinda got out of his shell.

----
I could never be mean to Alistair either - from my point of view he just never really deserved it, but then again what would happen if my Warden had to go somewhere or would die before him, he'd be completely lost without her. Kaidan... never a Renegade - just impossible.

I am usually totally the Paragon type - I just can't be evil, even when I played Overlord I always chose the nicer option :pinched:

But just for the videos I'd have roughen and toughen him up! *Zev!! Where's that extra rope we had?*

I wondered before why I felt so comfortable in this little Kaidan-loving community and I think now I get it. There's so many ladies here that are neither easily shocked nor prude and that can take a good and dirty joke.

I also get my share of hot pictures and know that there are enough who enjoy them as much as I do. I think we are a good example of the female gaming community! Hooray to us!

Ahaha - exactly! It's just amazing how a single picture gets me to smile and laugh. Good thing nobody watches me while I am reading this thread.

*Inserts Randomness*

"
She
started strolling around in small circles again. While doing so she
smacked the button next to the fishtank. This time they wouldn't
starve to death. She looked into the water and saw the little
creatures swimming swiftly to the surface. At the bottom were soaked
pieces of the previous fish food. Hmm... maybe she'd manage to feed
them to death... fish could explode, right?"

I just had to do something about the starving fish... heheheh*

*end randomness*

*The dead and dry shrub rolls through the forum... leaving a confused and shocked Kioux behind. 'Hello echo...?' ~Silence~ 'Darn... I need to reconsider my writing if the impact on others is that they just shut up.' She looks to the left and the right and slowly sneaks away*

I think after renegading Kaidan that my favorite line of his is "Way to go Team Milky Way". The delivery is just awesome.

I like, "If they're not going to do anything, they should get the hell out of our way. It'd only improve things if the Alliance was in charge"

Hmm... I think I messed something up there.

How do you actually renegade Kaidan? I mean I know how you can corrupt Alistair and somehow thought all the time that this is what we were talking about...

Fort - That is an awesome line too. Hell, all of his lines with snark are just pure win. Shep can be such a bad influence on that man. Posted Image

If you have the appropriate levels of I think Intimidate/Renegade, you can convince him during his Vyrnnus conversation that aliens are bad, and that humans should rule all. Posted Image

You have to disagree (renegade resposne) when you're talking to him about aliens. The proper dialogue path will lead to a charm/intimidate option that tells him that the Council are sniveling wimps and that the Alliance has a responsibility to take charge and save them from their stupidity.  If you can't charm/intimidate him and don't let it go, you end up breaking up.
