Kaidan is Japanese... I've heard that Alenko is eastern European. Some have said that some of his facial features look Arabic, whereas others say his jawline and chin are distinctively Brazilian. Then there's the possibility that his hair is Mediterranean since it is extremely coarse and wavy.



I think I'll just say that he's a lurvely mix of just about everything XD

Add to that I can see Southeast Asian and/or Latino in the mix.  I'd probably fall down in shock if Bioware took the time to write up a proper bio for Kaidan, though.  I'd be very, very happy, but injured, from falling down.

I love the ethnicity debate! I see a little Persian in Kaidan, but mostly Slavic (Alenko is Ukrainian sounding) and perhaps a little Asian. Don't see Hispanic/Latino in him. Eh. His sexiness is universally undeniable.

If he's back in ME3, then we'll find out out by them announcing that Ashley is back while they conspicuously leave Kaidan out of it. Hell, they didn't bother to announce Jacob or give him a FFTL poster.

They'd sexy her up for sure. I doubt that the default femShep is based on anyone anyway; they probably made her in the character creator screen just so there'd be a default.

Kaiden's eyes are very North African, imo, that beautiful deep, deep muddy brown. Sort of Omar Sharif when he was very young......

As for Ken, meh, I'd rather take Joker on (sure it might injure him, but he wouldn't regret it.....) Ken is funny and I really like him but that is it (I've lived in Scotland so the accent isn't exotic to me, lol) Plus being called 'pal', at that 'special', moment would be a romance killer for me ;-)

I've been saying they need to put femShep in advertising forever.  A fan did a youtube video with her. But seriously, one poster, what's that going to cost you if it flops?  Honestly?  Heck, make it in limited amounts and I bet you'd have cat fights over it.

Kai Kai's indeterminate race is part of his perfect LI charm.  Want something close to home? Want something exotic?  Doesn't matter, he's gonna fit the bill no matter what you're in the mood for.
