Anybody know how to fix the forum when it seems some shrinkage took place? I recall my mousewheel zooming in and out on the forum last night, but now that I'm home the font is really small. Not sure what's going on.

With regard to the ME LI I am holding on to hope that BioWare won't let us down! Watch this video of the (quite sexy, imo ) Casey Hudson talking about ME2 in an interview, what he says at 1.50 is key take this line as a teaser ''We needed to make sure that these characters could not be killed''! Anyway watch it  or not, but have faith.....

I just think that for Casey to make a statement like that they must play a key role in 3 because they have basically kept them safe from harm!

Whew finally caught up, I should be downloading the DLC later today but I'll probably just carry on with my first 'completed' playthrough along with the firewalker stuff. I am about a 3rd of the way through playthrough 2, but the shopping list mission pattern is having an effect on me this time.

Well it's nothing we haven't been told before so all we can do is hope that "a large role" translates into Kai Kai being a squad mate for ME3

Yeah, well that's no surprise is it! I guess that we should be glad that there is a company like BioWare who don't just acknowledge female gamers they do actually include us, and BioWare may not be the only company that do (Lionhead do too, I guess) they do it better than anyone else. Maybe BioWare are ready to include female gamers but the gaming 'community', isn't ready to accept us just yet 
I really do hope that Kaiden/Ash and Liara are brought back as team mates, they could certainly make Kaiden and Liara tougher in battle because they have both had an interesting 2 years while Shepard was gone and there is lots of potential dialogue covering those lost years.....

Morning to those waking up!



Really hope we'll get a slow information stream in a couple of months where ME3 is concerned, though I'm doubtful. Little lines or hints about Kaidan would lift my mood. Every now and then it's hard to stay positive when new stuff is pretty much non existant.

It'll pass again and I'll be back to creating new stuff myself but there are times I want to strangle the one responsible for Horizon *chuckles* I need more Kaidan.

The interview - yeah, let's just stick with what he said "... some of the most popular characters". He better means it or I'll bite him in the ankle...

And about the female community - I thought a lot about that and I agree that BW is one of the view companies that actually offer us to play a character of our gender rather well. That's one of the parts I included in my letter to 'Mr. Hudson'. (It'll be on its way as soon as I had to town for some shopping.) Besides, there are already studies and the likes about the amount of female gamers. Now that just have to understand that a lot of us are not as easily offended as they think, and that we are not as prude either - if only more people would realize that... ah well...

Quick comments: I will be incredibly disappointed if we don't get Kaidan as a squadmate in ME3; I am grateful that BW created him and his wonderful romance for us the first place; to anyone planning on buying BW points for Kasumi wih PayPal, they're having issues with the points not showing up (happened to me yesterday, I called EA customer service & they gave me the points); Intense Kaidan looked like the gorgeous Italian grad student I was in love/lust with for a year and a half.

I'd gladly trade every single squadmate from ME2 for Kaidan as a squadmate in ME3.  Well maybe not Garrus, lol.  Shep, Kaidan, & Garrus - thats the only squad I needed in ME1 & I'm quite happy to continue the tradition in ME3.

See, my suspicion with characters like Jacob is that they are maybe made a bit shallow so it is easier to dump them in 3 (either BW dumping them or Shepard dumping them, iygwim?) Or to explain them away if they aren't around in 3 Like Jack, she kind of implies she is off after the mission, same goes for Samara after all she is a justicar and has other things to do maybe.... Thane is dying and may well not survive into 3 anyway, depends if they are planning a 'real time gap', like they did with 2 (we waited just over two years for 2 and two years passed in the ME  universe)
Anyway, you get the idea.
