Just completed my second playthrough for ME2.
I used my same Shepard from ME1 for both my ME2 games and I am a bit confused how the transfer will work into ME3.
Will both be transferable?
Will my second overwrite the first?
Will the fact that I already beat it once, not enable my second playthrough to be transfered?


I checked out the Mass Effect folder where all the saves are kept. And my final save file from my first playthrough was altered on the day that I started my second playthrough, and not when I completed the second.

I think that you'll select one of your save games made after you've destroyed the Collector base. Meaning that, unlike ME1, you have to keep those saves intact.

Ah, I figured there was a new format for going into ME3.

Never really understood how NG+ worked.
