Seeing as the Geth still revere the Quarians as the "Creators", has anyone considered that they might have anticipated the breakdown of their immune system and developed some sort of gene-therapy? I realize that it is a very big Deus Ex Machina, but still would be an interesting eventuality in ME3.

IMO, probably not.  The geth are really big on building your own future.  If the (true) geth didn't want their futures altered by the reapers, why would they expect the quarians to want to be altered by them?  They also don't seem interested in meddling in organic affairs, at least nothing in game hints that they do.  They seem content to just live in their own world, focusing on themselves.  I can't see them running experiments on organic elements.

I see a "moral conflict" coming up for a Quarian cure in ME 2.  If cerberus had the technology to bring back Shepard from a pile of black ash, they could surely find an immune sytem rejuvenation cure for the Quarians.  However, the Illusive Man will only do this if Shepard continues to cooperate with Cerberus and do questionable or right-out bad things.  That would be a really hard choice to make: your love Tali and the Quarians, or being paragon and not working with Cerberus to do evil things.

Not sure if it was mentioned but I dont think it would be a DEM, as long as it was written and forshadowed. If it just happend to have Shepard with Legion and Tali walk the grounds of the quarian homeworld and then Legion say that the geth have a way to fix the quarians, then yea that would be a DEM. If a good geth mention in passing that they are working on something for the Creators, and then not dwell on it till later, then it would be a neat little forshadowing.

I love all quarians but im not concerned about all of them just Tali, Lol i realize its selfish. It would be great if they where all cured but until then lets just keep our focus on Tali lol. If we ask for too much Bioware may not be able to deliver. Think about it. a whole new race means new faces new designs new story and subplot onto ME3 that could take a considerable amount of the story itself. no one really wants that do they? o.O and if they did do it and shortened the process of it happening i might feel cheated lol
