Why do people insist on the ears?

Possibly. In previous threads it was established that humans live longer in the ME universe due to technological advances and thus also appear more youthful than their actual age. Damn good for 35 years I must say!

They just say "somthing that passes for ears" they don't really give any details... they have a nose eyelids etc but they don't give real details.
