Eh, I believe that in Tali's Quarian Engineer class power, at least at one of the level 4 variants, it does mention "modest cybernetics". I'd have to go check in-game again to be sure on the exact quote, but given that they already have immune-system boosting implants for going on Pilgrimage, having some cybernetic augmentation doesn't sound like it'd be too uncommon for quarians to have. Harbinger could be referring to that, and/or the environment suits.

I think the point is that we skew results.
The extremely vociferous nature of the people in this thread in particular means that our "voter turnout", so to speak, is much higher than average.  This ends up invalidating poll results and, in fact, makes it impossible to determine Tali's actual popularity as a percentage of ME players.  In order to know, you need to assume that approximately the same percentage of fans of each character will vote, but with Tali that is far from the truth.

They are intimidated by the power we weild.
They fear us.
This is not arrogance on my part, it's fact. We are, quite simply, one of the greatest forces to step up on a Bioware board. Every other thread out there hasn't lasted even half as long as we have. Honestly, we have had our thread shut down not once but twice and we just keep coming. We remain on the front page of the board like some sort of shining, tali-powered beacon. And try as they may no one has succeeded in getting rid of us.
I remember a few days ago someone posted a link to a poll (Newsvine I beleive the site was called) about relationships in video games. The question was who would you like to romance and one of the options in the poll was, naturally, Tali. Not even an hour after this link was posted, Tali went from second to last to the lead spot with over fifty percent of the total votes. Tell me then that we do not have power.
As KFD has said in the past, we have become a movement. We are Talimancers, and we are not going away anytime soon.

On other note (and not trying to be a troll) I am kind of nervous about Tali being in me3. I only say this bec of lack of merchandise and official Tali art. I went onto bioware site looking for Tali art, there is none. there is no Tali art in the special edition walkthrough either. All the othe character's have a whole page (Thane and the human reaper have 2 pages each). This lack of Tali just makes me nervous. Where is she Bioware?

Yeah, when I made a poll that was only tangentially related, I didn't mention it to this thread beacuse I knew one of the choices would get hammered.
