Because it's nearly impossible, unless you want to spend decades in trial and error watching as yours and Tali's kids die before they take their first breath.

If you want kids with another species then just do an asari.

Different species, different number, shape, form and function of chromosomes, and in the case of Tali's different protein information.

An hybrid children is impossible. We aren't even able to fuse an ape, even less some different species.

Sorry, but I hope Bioware stay Talimance free of that. It's just about Tali, Me (shepard) and her, facing the consequences of the relationship. We could even adopt in any moment though.

I can't believe I'm posting here.  I ventured out of curiosity after RigAudio said he did "research" in here (lol) for the Tali mission of the Adventures of Ugly Shepard...saw this picture and I love it.  When I do my manShep playthrough he is romancing Tali all the way....tough cookies Ashley!!  Won't be sticking around just wanted to say that.  =)

Man some of the fans take this stuff to level that not even warranted. Obsessing over the idea of video game character having off spring and trying to prove it with facts in a fictional world.. This is a key sign to take a step back and get some grips on reality back.

As for how Tali and Shep can have a kid, they can't. It's impossible. Even if they had the same chirality it would not be possible. For example, a human can't have a baby with an ape, despite super similar DNA.



The closest thing to a child would be if they used some machine that "translated" human DNA into quarian DNA (Just an example, the human DNA for Shepard's eye color would be translated into the Quarian DNA equivalent), do that with all his applicable genes, and use Tali's genes to fill in whatever is not applicable (three digits for example). But even then it wouldn't truly be Shepard's child, it would just be a quarian clone with traits that mimic Shepard's.

I saw one of Shepard and Liara in loin clothes...reminds me of my first ME1 playthrough every time *tear* This picture will remind me of my first ME2 playthrough, no doubt.
