I just completed another ME1 playthough and had to fight off Liara and Ash.

When Ash asks about me "chatting up my little blue friend" I just want to say: "No Butch I was down in engineering chatting up my little masked friend".

It is definatly a different experience after romancing Tali in ME2!

Man some of the fans take this stuff to level that not even warranted. Obsessing over the idea of video game character having off spring and trying to prove it with facts in a fictional world.. This is a key sign to take a step back and get some grips on reality back.

I like tali but there are time people take things to far, when your obsessed over the idea of a game character having hybrid children with the main character you may want to take a step back, there loving a character then there obsessing over it.

We have over 2000 pages of Tali conversations.  It is inevitable that new and interesting ideas pop up.  We've already talked about the stuff that I suppose someone like you would consider sane and normal.  So in light of that we come up with new topics that peak our interest and cause us to actually *gasp* think.  I for one very much enjoy our "weird" conversations because it forces people to think in a way that they would not have otherwise.  And besides, this is a video game community, the whole purpose of these games is to give us an escape from reality and immerse ourselves in a new and exciting world.  Reality has no place here.

Reality has a place every were Mass effect does use Reality as it bases, Humans breath Oxygen that is reality, space has no gravity that is reality, Suns will die out this is reality, People will die this is reality, people will learn this is reality. I can keep going on but Reality is in mass effect reality can be bent and twisted but reality remains a constant thing in every life that goes on, A true idea of none reality is beyond the simple mind to comprehend.

To sum this up, Yes Mass effect is a Sci-fi game but there are basic Reality laws that it must bow before to make sense in any forum turn and light, when people obsesses over the idea that what cannot be must be is the moment one began to lose site of reality.

Again you can love tali you can poke at fun idea but obsessing over a fiction character baring children and when everything point to it not being the case and refusing it and make it a obsession to prove people wrong is taking it to far.

Guys, what would you do in this scenario:

In Mass Effect 3, the Illusive man informs you that Cerberus has cross engineered a "cure" for the Quarians using data from the Lazarus Project.

This new treatment will stimulate Quarian immune systems to grow spontaneously to fully-protective states in just a matter of weeks.  Tali would finally be able to show you her face without risk of getting sick or dying.  Not to mention you'd be helping the entire Quarian race.

The catch: the Illusive Man thinks it's time for Cerberus to subvert the Council and for humans to become the supreme rulers of the universe, with him at the head.  He will not give you this "cure" until you help place him into power. 

So what do you choose?  Do you put the fate of the galaxy in the hands of Cerberus so Tali is can live a life free of worry and have a normal relationship with Shepard? Or is the Galaxy too important to give up, even for Tali?

Yeah that Quarian skeleton provides amazing insight. Quarians are probably the most "human-like" alien in ME.
