I approve of this reskin.  I especially like the designs you put on the rings around her neck.

Ok, I can agree with you to a point on that.  But there have been plenty of times where sci-fi entities have broken their own rules (Star Wars, constantly) and so it is conceivable that some people here felt that it could happen somehow.  I also feel that some of the people who were arguing FOR the hybrid were simply playing Devil's Advocate.[/quote]

While I can agree with you there, the whole angel of Shep and Tali is a forbidden love in the forum of not that of blood line, Beliefs, or even allegiances but that of simple and basic reality, shepard must wake up every morning knowing that tali may never be able to take that suit off for long periods of time. Tali must live with the idea Shepard can feel that in which she cannot, and that in the end a child can never be born from this union, it is a testament of the strength of both character to keep such a desire and affection toward one another even thou there is much against them. And while they may never be able to hold a child of there own embodiment of emotion, one that had lost everything and has nothing, with one simple extension of a hand can feel the warmth of a couple such as them is just as good as my eyes.

I agree with you that Shep and Tali must be content as if nothing will happen (which my Shep is). This does not mean that someone will not be able to alter the rules in a highly plausible way.
 
It may ****** a lot of the fans off that are into more of the science than the fiction. If nothing happens it will likely ****** off a whole bunch of people that want to see a fantasy (fiction) "happily ever after story".

There is a simple salvations to it, one does not need a dna bond to have offspring, adoption is a option and as very plausible and acceptable one by both fronts. Love for one child is not in the dna it is in the heart.

Enjoyed. More detailed version of my previous argument. Overcomming odds makes a strong couple or a broken couple. Experience is cruel teacher.

Indeed, in fact that is no reason to think that proteins of a different chirality would be automatically toxic.  Not that they couldn't be, but there are many non-toxic foods and other substances that contain proteins of opposite chirality, or even both types of chirality.

I really cant see much market to adopt quarians, after all they only get one kid right? and its a big undertaking even for them to do the deed so i can't see there being any 'mistake' (for want of a better word) babies.

well being that each quarian couple can usually only have one child not many quarians would be willing to give up that child since they are suppose to be adding to the population of the migrant fleet and not many quarians would be willing to give up there only child.
now maybe if they had a quarian couple produce a child just for them and not have that count as there 1 child they can add to the fleet maybe its a possibility

I don't know about that.
The "it's always a risk" line could mean for every different person, not necessarily every time the act is performed.  This seems like it would be especially true for Quarians, since their immune systems were supposed to be very adaptable in the first place, rather than combative.
