If so what do you use? (Hardware and Software wise.)

I did not draw this. I simply find things and bring them here. information on the artist is contained in the file name

The short answer is because humans do not produce an enzyme that is capable of breaking it down.

Every protein, saccharide (sugar), etc, has some enzyme that is capable of taking it apart into it's constituent parts so that they can be used to construct something else that is useful.  For instance, 'lactose' is milk sugar.  People who are lactose intolerant simply lack the ability to produce 'lactase', the enzyme used to take lactose apart.  However, cellulose is an extremely stable, sheet-like lattice of sugar molecules that is very difficult to break down.  Even termites don't produce such an enzyme -- they rely on one of the relatively few microbes that are capable of taking it apart.  They just happen to live in the termite's gut

Except Tali's 100000000% prettier 
It's almost 5 AM here and I still have to go through 1/10 of the exam questions.
