I'm not sure if that was directed at me or not, I have no problem with people liking other LI's.  I'm just curious about that specific reason.  It has nothing to do with her character, and it doesn't even look like her IMO, and its still one of the first reason Miranda fans give.  It's like there are legions of people out there with a Chuck fetish or something

haha yea thats why I bolded "most". there are a few tali fans who could care less. Really I like Tali, and If someone posted a pic of her in the Miranda thread we would not have lashed out in anyway

haha yea thats why I bolded "most". there are a few tali fans who could care less. Really I like Tali, and If someone posted a pic of her in the Miranda thread we would not have lashed out in anyway

I'm not sure if your just trying to troll and I'm wasting my time, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.  Most Tali fans are perfectly reasonable, and respect all LI's and everything.  However, when someone comes into the Tali thread and either trolls or posts anti Tali stuff or something similar, the intelligent people will ignore it, and the more fanatical people will respond, usually with stupid or ignorant posts of their own.  The majority having discretion doesn't mean the minority represents us.  With a large fanbase, its also unreasonable to expect all Tali fans to have a brain.  Again, only the bottom minority fans are going to go around trolling and giving us all a bad name, still, most of us are perfectly normal and accept reason.

As far as all the Miranda posters randomly showing up, is this a retalliation for a stupid Tali fan trolling that thread, or just a random "pop in to say hi" thing?

I don't think using an "insecure" arguement is the wisest course of action for you. See, based on your icon, your earlier post, and your post history, it's pretty obvious you're a Miranda fan, yet you felt the need to come to the Tali thread and post that pro-Miranda picture.

I believe most would interpret that as an action based on insecurity over your preferred LI. Now, I don't care if Miranda's your LI, you're free to form your own opinions and likes, I'm just saying, pulling that insecure angle is kinda weak.
