OK, let´s return to the English language.
I don´t know if Fist is in ME2..
You should not had Wrex in the team, or executed him yourself in Mass Effect.
Both of my chars do one of the things.
But it is an interesting idea, so anyone see him in ME2?
I disagree with you, Tali SHOULD show her face in ME3.
Fist is in ME2, in Afterlife, but he has no use, just a line of dialogue or two, nothing important.
Agreed! Full face reveal of Tali in ME3! Oh, and while we're at it please make her a fully recruitable and romanceable party member as well....And if you are feeling reeeaaally generous, BioWare, show us some skin as well asides from her face.

So langsam haben wir alle Sprachen durch, die ich halbwegs verstehe.
Slowly all of us will be speaking German (if so then it seems to be misspelled)? Unsure about the last part.
"Soon we'll be through with all the languages that I can more or less understand."

Wait...Considering that races in ME use translators to communicate, does that mean the Quarians are just about the only other race with other languages internally? Such as humanity has the French, the Russians, the Chinese, etc. So if the Quarians have different accents, that must mean they all speak in different languages to eachother as well...interesting. Unless that was in a Codex entry and that was a total waste of a post...
Not sure, but go to Texas and then New York, same language, very different accents

Why?
It belongs to her character and if Bioware let us see her face in ME3, most of us will be dissapointed.
Don´t get me wrong, I also want to knwo, what she looks like, but I´m afraid that it does not fit with the picture we all have of her.
Thx, for the info on fist

It is mentioned that some of the other sapient species have had different dialects in the past (ex. the Asari) but it seems they have died out and/or become amalgamated in to one singular language construct over time. Granted, a different dialect need not be the same thing as entirely separate languages.

Not quite, it roughly translate to: "Slowly we're through every language I understand at least a bit."

True, not nearly as strong as a Russian guy trying to speak English though, then you know it's a totally different language.

It could be an option. If you don't want to see her face, pick "Not now, Tali, keep your helmet on." or something. I think more people would be disappointed if they never revealed how she looks, than if she doesn't look the way that some people imagined.
I for one know that I'd rather see her face, even if she's not stunningly beautiful.

I think they had a lot of languages but they have chosen one as a global just like we might will choose English.

does anyone else feel tali and/or Shepard should have said i love you during the romance scene tho they didn't have to just thought it would be more special
Hm. Asides from the fact that I didn't get to see Tali's face though my Shepard did, I find the romance scene between Tali and Shepard incredibly well done. The body language, the nervous voice work, that moment that passes between them as Shepared finally removes her face plate and you see this look of pure..enjoyment..cross his face as reflected by the sparkle in his eyes and that ever-so-faint smile that crosses his lips. It's so brief and fine in detail that if you blink you miss it. Top marks to BioWare for creating a scene where nothing is actually said and yet it conveys some of the most potent emotions in the entire game. I'm not convinced hearing "I love you" would have fit that particular scene. I'd like to hear them say it to each other but not at that point. Give it a bit more time - ME3 anyone?

English is a very hard language to learn, but growing up with it is not a problem. So it would be hard for the generation at the time of the conversion, but the next should have little problems at all. I guess right now it's more of a popularity contest, so yes, English would probably be the global language.
