I'm completely surprised that something like this didn't happen. I'd love to see an Ashley/ Tali catfight for Shepard's love. With Tali as the winner, of course.

My Ash, however, is dead and will remain so for all time, mostly because I don't like her last name, but that's a different story. So in my case it would be a Liara/ Tali fight and. . .I'm not too sure how that one would go. . .

Man, remind me never to tell you my last name.  If you didn't like it... yikes.

I don't think they'd actually start *fighting*, not even with Ashley. Arguing, yes. A real *fight*? I'd be surprised by that. ESPECIALLY if it's between Liara and Tali. But Ashley and Miranda? That seems more plausible.

My big fear is a Tali/Liara who-can-cry-harder contest.  I already feel bad about ditching Liara.

Ya shouldn't, Liara still very much a child. Atleast she came off that way to me.

 Don't feel too bad for Liara. After Shepard has died of old age, she'll still be around for 800 more years.  

In the scope of Liara's entire life, Shepard will be the equivalent of a boyfriend/husband she had in her 20s.

I seem to recall Ash being super angry about being discarded in favor of Liara if you lead them both on in ME1.

Liara, who knows.  I wouldn't have guessed her the violent type, but things seem to have changed in ME2. 

As for Tali?  Violence I doubt, but probably plenty of yelling and/or tears.

Yeah but she would defend herself however. Also it depends on what Ashley says. Such as, "The geth should have killed your dad sooner.." or  anything extremely bad about the migrant fleet might set her off. I say this because Ashley did seem very angry toward other species in general, and then she finds out your with a Quarian. Not hating on Ashley, but she has always seemed like a loose cannon and now even Liara is getting that way.

Agree w/ you about Ash being a loose cannon.  I thought her behavior on Horizon was actually pretty in-character.

Think of it as puppy love, she will grow stronger for it, she still gotta mature a bit before she know how to treat a real man, Mabye then she 300, 400 mabye.

Shame, no hating... However I did think that Kaiden would be cooler in the second one, and was horrable wrong. I thought we could be drinking buddys and I would hook him up with Liara he did have a thing for her. Then I wouldn't feel bad about dumping her for Tali.

In Ashley's defense, she really handled Shep picking Liara over her pretty well. I don't think she'd completely freak out and run amok if you get with Tali after 2 years.

You know what's sad (and the very reason I'd pick Tali), in such a confrontation between her and your ME1 LI, I can see Tali (very sadly) telling you that you should go with Ashley/Liara, that you'd be happier with them.

Reminds me of the skin infection in my nose I got from cleaning up a coworkers skin flakes... The doctor had to litterally squeeze the puss out of my nose before she could let me go to get me meds... (went through this for a few months as it kept coming back) good times.

My mind wants to agree, since asari are supposed to take these sorts of things philosophically.  But it was Liara's first relationship and I didn't exactly leave the campsite in the same pristine condition I found it in.  I feel sorry for the next guy who has to pitch his tent there.

At least he won't kill her mother, too.
