Yes, a completely fresh breath of air for me as well.

It doesn't happen often, but it's very heartwarming. It's unfortunate that the trolls outnumber the nice visitors 5:1.

Lol i mean more specifically because a lot of people didn't couple Garrus with Tali in ME1 i hear he was neglected by many but now that he made an appearance in ME2, he seems to be all the rave, im guessing because people hate change and like to cling to things they know. Personally I think he took a little bit of a darker tone in this game @.@ scary even

Legion says the Quarian homeworld's sun is older and more orange than Sol (our sun,). Also meaning it radiates more heat and radiation. Turians got the plates cause they're sun also excerted unusual ammounts of radiation.

So, skin-wise, they are tougher than humans, but not as tough as Turian plates. The picture doesn't say they will actually look like it, just skin-wise it's the best possibility.

Yeah I'm with Joker on that one. "Can't believe I like the old Garrus better."
I liked Garrus in ME1, but not so much in ME2. He's either busy doing calibrations or being Renegade.

Garrus is definitely more popular now than after ME1 because of the familiarity factor.  After my first playthrough I found myself gravitating towards Tali and Garrus since they seemed like good buddies compared to the new guys.  I'm sure most people reacted the same way.  It makes me wonder how Kaiden would be seen if it was just him and Tali in ME2.

As far as the dark turn, I would assume that's because you could change his outlook in ME1 to either paragon or renegade, but since Bioware made sure that all games played out exactly the same, they just seemed to make ME2 play out like you turned him renegade in the first one.

As far as not having more talks between them, it was surprising, until you realize that there is almost no inter squad banter at all in the game.  A major oversight on their part IMO.

Well I think its meant to show that Garrus's life took a bad turn after you died, regardless of your actions, but if you leaned him towards Paragon in the first one, he does reference it. Its probably meant to the show that the galaxy is a dark place, maybe.

Someone went over the possible meanings of what Grunt said a little earlier in the thread, but basically your way of interpreting it isn't the only way.  Personally, I think he's referring to the suit, it's war data implanted by Okeer, and knowledge of how hard it is to stab through a quarian's spine without a suit is irrelevant.  He's definitely not referring to how tough the skin is, simply how hard it is to sever to the spine, so bone density would be a lot bigger factor than skin.

Having the same amino acid chirality as turians won't affect how quarians look at all either.  Keep in mind that there are only 2 possible choices for all forms.  Humans, volus and hanar are all Levo (sp) chirality, and are nothing alike.

So, your saying we're soft, but Quarians are tougher cause they have they're suit? Would you perform an autopsy on a man who still has all his clothes on?

And if it was bone density Quarians would be larger than humans, they're almost equal in size. If they had more bone density they would propably not even fit in slim suits.

Why would Okeer implant data on how to do autopsies into Grunt's genes?  Of course you wouldn't do an autopsy with a suit on, but you don't take someone's clothes off to stab them.  Everything Grunt knows is to prepare him to fight.  And he simply will never fight a quarian without a suit.  Therefore, Okeer would either be wasting time explaining how quarians work without suits, or its implied that any situation will inherently involve one.

Whatever, at least I'm not like most guys here, wishing Tali is some sort of beautifull human-looking space elf.

we already know she isn't a space elf

She can be whatever you want her to be. At this point and time. Nobody knows, not even bioware.

liara was my LI in me1 and wenn i went to see her i had Tali with me and for some reason i was like nah im gonna leave tali out of this situation this time AND I AM SO GLAD I DID haha
cause liara came up to me and starts kissing my shep on the lips:O

i was like DAMN SON (cause my first me2 playthrough i didnt import my me1 data)
so that didnt happen to me the first time
totally was thinking im soo glad tali wasnt there for that!
but now i have a huge predicament...
she was way nicer to me this time and now when me3 comes out theres gonna be a confrontation between my FAVORITE Tali and my second favorite Liara....
so im screwed i dont wanna break Liaras heart:unsure: but theyr is no way id ever ditch Tali

Yea either an over sight or they where focusing on new details too much, "Tomāto Tomäto", I also thought after that whole personal mission with doctor heart things might
play out differently in ME2. The feel to his new "Loyalty" quest had strong similar undertones
you know the ones i mean. -This person did something unforgivable i need your help to find and kill him-
that one lol.

Ok usually i wouldn't say anything cause im lazy to fix quotes etc. lol but i was completely pulling your leg on that one. however i don't really know seeing as i didn't take Tali with me either to visit Liara after seeing how ash acted from my first imported ME1 playthough after the romance lol. DIDN'T WANT TO MESS THINGS UP WITH TALI! Lol play it through and take Tali with you, then tell me how it goes xD
