I like the renegade resolution to his ridiculous problem in ME2. Telling the "uncercover cop" to go up there and lie to him, telling him he did a great job. Followed by me telling him "I got it from here"...But yeah, it totally leaves it open for him not learning his lesson.

My renegade shot him in the foot, not really sure why 

I told him to go back to his wife... doing him a favour... but I'm not sure if I can say the same about the poor woman. It's so obvious she want's to get rid of her lol - she bought him the shuttle ticket to Illium. Guy doesn't have a clue.

With how clueless he is, she could cheat on him with anyone and he wouldn't notice lol

Its too bad they allowed your Renegade Shepard to "kill" off Conrad. After that foot shooting incident, he tried to mount mid air, one of those flying cars, missed, fell and bounced off several other cars, then finally fell into a turbine vat where sharp blades were mentioned or a series of events like that (can't remember fully).

Can't be more dead then that.

They should have kept him around, like a roach, only dies when something right at the end and only when something really big (like a reaper) stomps on him.
