Incorrect. From observation in-game. Codex entries. And Mass Effect: Ascension. The following was pieced together:
Morphology:
Hair: Unknown. If exists, then short. (Long hair inconvenient in helmet)
Skin: Unknown. Presumed to be smooth from view of nose. Due to no exposure to elements. Likely hyper sensitive. Soft. Supple. Two theories regarding color.
Pale Quarian Theory: Either shade of blue/purple or various pale shades. Based on observation of blue/purple nose shade. Tinting from visor affecting visible skin color.
Dark Quarian Theory: Star of Rannoch older than Sol. May provide greater solar output. Solar output requires darker pigmentation.
Nose: Human in shape. Unknown number of nostrils.
Eyes: Accutely angled. Tear ducts present. "Glowing." Three possible theories.
Bioluminescence: Would provide glow. May make vision difficult/impossible.
Reflectivity: Specifically reflecting HUD via eyeshine. Would not impeed vision. May not provide bright enough glow.
Cybernetics: Similar to T.I.M. Glowing byproduct of synthetic eyes.
Ears: Unknown. "Ear equivilent" mentioned. Possible external ear structure. Or possible ear hole.
Mouth: Lips present. Most likely similar to human.
Teeth: Omnivorous. Likely similar to human.
Hands: Three digits. Two fingers. One thumb.
Feet: Three digits. Two large toes. One vestigal toe.
Genitalia: Similar to human morphology. Secondary sex traits follow human morphology.
Legs: Recurved shin. Not full digigrade.
Excellent summary.
I still maintain that phrase "what passes for the quarian version of the ear" warrants a structural equivalent rather than simple ear hole.
Come on, Tali with no ears?
And quarians are known to produce and appreciate music. That would seem to imply greater role of auditory sense in quarian society, hence external auditory organs to ensure optimum performance of the sense seem logical.

You are a wise man wolfstanus.
well we do know that they have 2 eyes that glow a humaniod nose and mouth and no ears. Also probably have hair of some sort as the codex states they are mammal analogs.
What color is their skin? What shape is their nose? What color of hair do they have if any? What color is their skin? eye? How deep are they set into the skull? how big is their mouth? what shape is it? what shape is their head? I can go on forever and never get an answer.
I was stating what we do know, not what we dont know . The book talks about thier features in comparison to humans so we can infur that those features are relatively human looking and of similar shape/size. We don't know much but we don't know nothing either.

Agreed to a point. Mother on Illium mentioned daughter studied Quarian music pre-exile. Lends credence. However. Theory is malleable. More data required to dismiss "ear hole" speculation entirely.

Just one problem... If you are going by the game then the skin color theory goes out the window... Veetors face is blue under the mask... Talis purple some of the admiralty board are black/gray Cal Reager is also blue... infact their facial color changes with every mask color... There is even one with yellow skin... The skin/facial features in the games are just placeholders.

No ears isnt the same as no auditory sensory organs/structures. Also the theory on the pale skin is based on thier isolation of from the sun on thier ships, and in thier suits, and the fact that thier archetecture appears partially subterrainiun.

More evidence for "Pale Quarian Theory." With caucasoid or pale skin exterior light flitered through mask would produce variance in skin color.
