I've seen pretty much every posted picture of her face, and this (likely just a place holder) image of her face from some of Tali's concept art remains my favorite.  

Basically, I like it because it portrays a certain amount of cuteness, but at the same time there's some seriousness and determination in her expression. I think that fits Tali's personality perfectly. Liz Sroka is arab but has a romanian accent
