Again, Sroka is a Polish surname... but nobody listens to me... that would also explain the "russian" accent... because to english speakers anyone from around here sounds like he's speaking russian.

Listened to discussion many times. Anecdotal info: Liz has polish background. However. Born in America. Has no accent. Accent created specifically for role of Tali. Unable to verify this info.

Awesome. Bioware would be such winners if they modeled her after Liz.. Noone could complain about skin color or w/e as long as it was Liz  chop chop get to it devs.

This. Nobody ever asks Shepard anything. When I talked to Jack and was like "We should talk later" and Jack said "Hold on, now it's my turn to ask the questions" I seriously felt nervous cuz, well, Shepard's the interrogator!

Liz shows up somewhere near the end...she has no accent, she puts it on for the game.
An plus being Polish myself...that accent is closer to Russian than Polish...it has a slightly deeper tone to it
