Sorry, couldn't help myself in commenting, just because the attempt at inciting anger in the thread was so laughable.  Sounds like something I would think was incredibly cool when I was 11.

It's because she's genetically engineered to be perfect, so she has an idealized figure.

Well it's obvious the devs of Bioware have a certain fetish...hence the "Ass Effect" joke, but if you ask me and if you've seen all the pictures of Yvonne, you would agree with me that she certainly fits the term "idealized figure" so again I say why all dat azz lol and this is coming from the A** Man himself!

Back to Tali v.s the trolls. We may be her krant, but as she said in ME1 she "can take care of herself". Really the best thing is to ignore the trolls and let Tali deal with them (by being a squaddie and LI in ME3, that is the ultimate slap in the face for Tali haters!

But think of it this way. Imagine if you post something in a thread you like. Something you drew or wrote, or maybe just something funny you found and wanted to share. Then you post it, and no one said anything about it. You're all "wtf? Did no one like it? Did they even see it? I thought it was pretty good"

Well, that's how a troll feels when his post goes ignored. Remember what Okeer said, the greatest insult you can give an enemy is to ignore them. 

This is all i'll say on the matter for now. By continuing discussion of it, I'm violating my own advice.

Haha yeah, people who respond to trolls actually aggravate me a lot more than trolls themselves, especially people who get legitimately mad at them.  There is nothing funnier than seeing a complete troll stonewall.  Sadly it very rarely happens on the internet.  Too many sensitive and overreacting people

Maybe Shepard was all serious at the moment, but that's what I said the first time I heard it, lol

I feel like the writing for Shepard was always a little too stiff, more so if you play Paragon. I always apreciated the times when Shepard could crack a joke or, you know, act like he had emotions.
Best part was after recruting Archangel  when Garrus asks how bad his injurys are and Shepard replys:
"Hell Garrus, you were always ugly. Slap some face paint on that and no one will ever know the difference."

It's a little off topic, but I never did care for Male Shepard's voice acting. It sounds so phoned in at time, even more so if compaired to female Shepards.

What if Liz knew about EVERYTHING? The love, the hate, I wonder if her VA or anything related to Tali would be changed because of that, cuz we all changed our opinions of a lot of things after joining this site and reading all this crazy stuff.

Yeah, I know the drill: it adds fuel to their fire.  Sometimes I can't fight the urge to shut them down though, because in general I can come up with stuff that's much better than simply adding "dicks" to make a punchline.

Huh, I'm the opposite.  I feel like female Shepard's voice acting is all over the place and often doesn't fit the situation.  Male Shepard's is great, if you ask me.

And yes, "hell, Garrus, you were always ugly" was fantastic.

haha ya your prretty much right cause i went over to there thread and they were all excited that itd be really funny if bioware made quarians have dicks and since theres only 3 of them in that thread they couldnt spread the 12 year old comedy of it all so thats the reason they came here haha

You know, I have a slight (and largely unsupported) theory that Liz may not be all be that "into" Tali. It may sound crazy, but it's just the hunch I get from when I saw her facebook. She has like, one picture of Tali on there, and it's probably the worst common image of her, back from ME1. I just get the impression if she were more "into" Tali she'd have a few more, and nicer, images.

I love it. It may have been true for ME1, but Mark Meer (MaleShep) does 10x as good in ME2. There should always be more "fun" moments like Garrus' recruit mission, but that's what Joker is for.  And Meer's romance dialogue is incredible so Idk where you're coming from. VA is reeeal difficult so unless you're gunna get a big-time actor like Martin Sheen you gotta appreciate the B-list actors especially Liz who's not on any lists
