It's not really speculation at all, all of that can be proved with a smooth train of logic- the tickets for said train are free, but corrupted by dumbassery.
2: They may or may not have facial tattoos, but that doesn't mean they aren't born with any markings of some kind.
3: Like said before they can't cut their hair very often(if they even grow hair), and even if they could, they live in envirosuits with climate control, not just a bucket on their head.
Like I said, speculation based on no evidence <_<
