BTW:  MB, I think the only way to be rid of Miranda is to take her to the final boss fight non-loyal and have her die there.  She stole some of Shep's plot-armor while he was on the slab, it seems.

well yea but miranda is cerberus **** I think ash beats her anyday

Miranda is hotter and at least she can work with aliens without complaining like a little brat

She was in my squad the whole way through. Just wanted to keep an eye on her.

For the suicide mission I only had her in my squad at the very end, when it actually does impact her safety (she's one of the first to likely to die when holding the line).  The rest of the time I had my speed-team running so I could smash through things in a hurry.

Pffft. Clearly, not even 1/10 of the total Reaper ships shown at the end of ME2 will actually end up in a position to threaten. What'll obviously happen is an enormous Rachni fleet will sally out like shining knights of old to cut a bloody swathe through the enemy.



Shepherd will then lead a mega-team of ME1/2ers on a series of brutal boarding actions ten or fifteen times over to wipe out the stragglers.



We'll all get medals, make Admiral and be sexing Tali before you can say, "ANTIDISESTABLISHMENTARIANISM."



Job done.

Miranda is hotter and at least she can work with aliens without complaining like a little brat[/quote]well yea but it was in ash's blood I got her to calm down on the xenaphobia on my playthrough and besides we learn that she's not all that much of a xenaphobe when on horizon she says she'll never snoop as low as cerberus

Nah, I like them okay.  Especially Jacob, actually.  He's cool.  Just not as much as I like certain other characters.

The game is much less dramatic when you don't care about your squadmates.

I would have felt bad leaving Kaiden on virmire but truthfully it seemed like he wanted it. He seemed tired in general, of having to deal with the headaches caused by his old model of biotic amp the L2 i think it was called.. it kind of seemed like a way out for him almost without the guilt. The dock called him lucky but i seen his face he looked run down.

I wouldn't call the feeling I have for those characters as "hate".

I don't see them as "bad", more like "misguided"(Ash), "wrong"(Miranda and Jacob) and "having issues with their childhood"(Kaiden).

I'm not hating them, I'm actually hating the fact that I can't help/change them
