It's stuff like that that gives us renegades a bad name.  No reason to not help the salarian workers on that mission.  IIRC, you don't even get renegade points for letting him die.  Just help him and be on your way. 

Concur. Renegade means "Pragmatic" in my book.

Everytime the topic comes up, it gets burried by nay-sayers spouting biology and chemistry, which in the real world I would bow to their knowledge. However in an imaginary world with imaginary characters with imaginary biology all Bioware has to do is waive thier magic wand and come up with an imaginary solution to the imaginary problem.  

I did my homework on this. My forum also posts facts to support the idea.

I just like saying imaginary     .... I'm all for the Shep/Tali kid will check it out

Well back then I was going to write something about it but...well I let it down.


Shepard and Tali's son, Rael Shepard, was waiting for his bed time story with a certain degree of impatience.
Suddenly Garrus just remembered that Tali would be upset if he or another one cursed around her son or made him cry.
And an upset Tali mean... Well...A lot of blood with a broken nose, carving trips and shotgun in the ass.

And then at some point of the fanfiction I would have write...

This time, Tali was pleased with her guests (Garrus, Grunt and Mordin). They didn't do anything to upset her son (she heard him giggling), they didn't do anything that could break the house – like last time...
After the last incident in her house,she had warned them that if any of them showed up again, she would not hesitate to obliterate their offending presence with a shotgun.
But they liked Rael very much and he liked them too. So she forgave them... for now.

lol, by all means continue.

I don't know if I should...My writing skills aren't good enough.

Try posting it in the fan club! I think the content will be more important than anything else.

They had to think quickly of a way to answer the question without upsetting Rael nor breaking his innocence yet. And hope that Tali wouldn't hear any of it.
Mordin was the first to speak.
"What he means to say is... Well... your uncle Grunt was raised because of the WAR."
Garrus continued the little lie.
"Yeah. Like your father - he became the hero of the galaxie because of the war against the reapers."
"He has grown mature because of it." said Mordin.
Grunt was confused "What the hell are you talking about? I mea..."
"Shut up !" Said Garrus in a slow treating voice.
Rael looked at his three “uncles,” a bit confused.
"So... Daddy became a man... because of a whor*?"
"YES ! Clever boy." Garrus grinned, patting the head of the young boy.
And his worst mistake would have been to think that he said “war” instead of “whor*.”

Blame it on Bioware for including a real romance into the mix.
Mirranda is the instant gratification chick... and her choice and actions in regards to where you do the deed...screams exibitionist. "Daddy paid for my boobs and tush, might as well flaunt them and let everyone able to walk to a window port and see. *Bleah*

Jack's romance is passible. Its actually touching but felt, like I am taking advantage of her.

Tali's romance, hell ya, its the real deal. You could have backed and are given good reasons to do so, but like any relationship, it takes commitment to make things work and boy, were the both of you commited. So hell ya, why go for silver or bronze when the Gold is right there in front of you?

Sorry, but, unless you're a Female Gamer playing Female Shep, there is no excuse, nor is it funny, to Punch the Reporter from ME1. Did she run a smear campaign on you? Yeah. Was it an **** thing to do? Yes. Does any of that condone a Guy puching a woman in the Face? Hell no. Unless a woman has a Gun pointed at you, or is coming at you with a Knife, there is NO frakking excuse to hit a Female. And yeah, I know this is a game, and I do love Mass Effect and our Tali-Zorah; but people who think it's ok to smack or punch a woman and laugh is all too likely to think it's ok in real Life. Like those pieces of Human Garbage on the Jersey Shore MTV series. Don't get me wrong, there are some great Renegade moments in the game. That isn't one of them.


P.S. Sorry, noticed late that we were trying to get off this Topic and back to Tali. Let it be so.

So horrid. But did anyone else notice that turning over the evidence basically derailled the war effort. Even Xen is pissed cuase now she wont be able to use it in secret since it was made public and if shep had called for peace in the end of the trial quib quib woulda been happy too.

If you don't  show the evidence then Xen will email you later saying she got onto the allerai and got hold of the results. Which doesn't sound good for anyone.

Still, not worth it to do that to Tali

Relax pal, we don't have to start a discussion about it again, it's a game in case you have forgotten, and you are able to do it. Don't bring morals in here or we could discuss if it´s right to kill people in video games or watching people get killed in films. And I didn't say it was funny, I said it was satisfying.
And yes in Real Life  I would agree with you don't worry about that I don't smack women in RL.

I'm hoping we can all have our cake and eat it too.  That is, not betraying Tali and talking the quarians down off their ledge later in ME3.  If Admiral Daro'Xen takes a nasty fall or something in the process, it wouldn't hurt my feelings, either.  Heck, it'd be the first quarian Shep's axed.
