Rannoch is available for recolonization.  However, allowing the creators access to a planet in such close proximity to geth operations would jeoperdize our future.  Barring a cease-fire order from the creators, Rannoch will remain protected by the geth.

We cannot reach a consensus to that.

If consensus cannot be reached, it is recommended we ask Shepard-Commander.  Shepard-Commander assisted us on the heretic base and could provide useful intel.

smoking cigarettes is an interesting thing its the kinda thing you have to do a few times before you get use to it and enjoy it and you have to inhale right to get the feeling
