apparently theyr are sperate sects of cerberus so the illusive man didnt per say be the one to authorize those

So, I took Tali up on that offer for a grenade, and I managed to take out Cerberus headquarters. Fortunately, I was able to salvage TIM's super-expensive suit.

We already went over this at like page 500, the man is evil pure evil. He almost killed a young girl by drugging her with biotics which also dangered the lives of like 60 kids. and he tried to blow up a ship in the flotilla that was filled with women and children....NOT SOLDIERS BUT WOMEN AND CHILDREN!....he also is the reason jack is so ****ed up, and he is resposible for thousands of assasinations, oh yea and that quarian ship he treid to blow up....there was no reason for that but to 'help' cover his tracks...nothing more then that.....so ya the man is a pure evil and will try to earn your trust but will never repay it.

I wish I could meet him in person just to beat the **** out of him
