By human standards that's an adult. But what about Quarian standards?

The pilgrimage is embarked upon when a quarian is considered to have reached maturity.  She's already finished her pilgrimage, so by quarian standards, she's an adult.

Yeah in ME2 they even talk about making her an Admiral in the Migrant Fleet if the trial turned out well. I really have no issues seeing her as a full adult.

I can't make a whole new competition just becuase you forgot to enter you FF....just wait until next time, once all the other writers have had time to improve, change, and lengthen there stories i will make a new one. Just make sure and post your FF in the required thread in the group.

I don't consider TIM an evil man at all. He just has zero empathy. 
If blowing up some spaceship or whatever yields a positive result of 10, and not blowing it up yields a positive result of 5, then he'll blow it up. Nothing personal, it's purely business. In many ways, he's like a cold, logical machine. And no, I don't think he's a synthetic, that seems to be a popular theory., which I don't share. 
Not trying to defend him or anything; I won't shed a tear if he dies.
