You were, apparently, making the case that she should be romanceable by females.  I was simply saying that her relationship with that couple was a very poor episode to base assumptions about her sexual preferences on.  The point is that there is really no reason at all to think that she would want to pursue a romance with another female.  She only ever mentioned sleeping with that one woman, and it was with a man as well, and she was being taken advantage of when she was alone and vulnerable.  I really don't think that counts as homosexual tendencies.

Ok ok I get the point and I agree on the side of Tali has a lot of love for Shepard of either gender, but in no way does "I got better I got you" mean "Tali thinks I'm hot cuhuhn huh :O" Even as MaleShepard it didn't seem like anything she said had anything to do with her finding Shepard attractive...the whole romance was about LOOVE which is what sets her apart from the other Male LI's.

There's a huge amount of tali and fem shep dialogue. It was just cut off after that point in the game. They did practically an entire romance, and removed it for reasons unknown. 

I don't blame them but if they did something about it that'd be nice.

It was a matter of "trust" not attraction. Having done the Talimance 3 times I never got the vibe that Tali was attracted to you, more like in love.

I just wish she would fight for your love a little more. I understand that she just wants Shepard to be happy and still doesn't feel like she worthy even after you persue a relationship, but still. . .

Remember the green Asari that was being cloned by the Thorian back in ME1? If you save her then you can do another mission for her in ME2, and afterward she flirts with you and (in a round-about way) asks you out.
Tali was standing right there next to me and I'm thinking: "Do something about this, Tali! Stop her! Say something! Anything! Fight for your love, dammit!"

That's probably just Bioware being lazy with voicing the lines than part of the character.  I think any woman except a swinger would be mad if they saw you make out with another woman in front of them (i.e. when Liara kisses you with your new LI in your party).

I make sure Tali is NEVER in my party for that part of the game. She does not need to see that.

In my experience bi girls say "girlfriend or boyfriend?" and straight girls just say "boyfriend?"
I mean, I didn't even ask her and she assumed I was talking about whether or not she had a boyfriend or girlfriend. It was odd. And also, I didn't care.

I agree she probably had a terrible experience when she was more open to the possibility of being with a woman. Maybe being with fem Shep would make her remember those times or something, Idk. She seems way ****ed up and way too dramatic and I didn't really want a part of it anyway.

I think if it really is about love and not physical attraction, it would be believable for Tali to fall in love with femshep for everything she has done.  I mean, it's probably not going to happen and it wouldn't bother me a ton because I'm a dude and I can still have Tali, but I think it would be cool for players of femshep to have the option too.

People are sheep just waiting for their Shepard, and more often than not it's the loudest who fills that role, not necessarily the brightest..

But it's not completely out of our control, you can write Bioware about their content, not tell them but express desire to see... As well as joining groups like Fight for the Love.
