I have some views!
Remember back on Omega you had the Turian Guard next to the Quarantine Zone and how the plague was affecting both Salarians and Turians who don't eat from the same food groups right? And we also find out the plague is a Collector/Reaper made disease spread by the Vorcha? It got me thinking about what if Legion, and the Geth (since we're following a pure synthetic line), found a way to help Quarian-Human relations? I mean eat the same food or allow to boost immuno-systems.
Also adding to the fact Shepard may have cybernetic implants to boost the Lazarus project (though his early conversation with Jacob suggests they're spare parts), and many regard Quarians may be cybernetic creatures being part organic and part synthetic it made me wonder if Geth could tinker about with technology, adding some science to it, and voila! Solutions.
We know Quarians have some artificial interactions with things like smell and even their dialect is distorted through a filter. Collectors never found Veetor because, they say, his enviro-suit, but what if it was because organic sensors were not being picked up? It's been documented Collectors harvest more than just Humans prior to their mass-collection as described through what little knowledge people have paying slavers and mercs handsomely in return for key sample test subjects. When you go through the Omega-4 relay it's safe to assume it's not just Human Warships which are there but other species presumably sent to retrieve lost ones. This all suggests Quarians are not entirely organic and rely on their suits much more symbiotic way. Perhaps no Quarian is ever born truly without an enviro-suit, even at birth, and thus it's extremely rare, even for relatives, to see them without it on.
I'm not sure what to drive at here but it got me thinking about the whole dextro-group cross-species relationships issue.
