It would probably be a dramatic scene. She has just charged into a room with some mooks (possibly mecha) and the door is disabled after it closes. All hope is lost that she is able to live. Shepard and his squad continue on and when they are fighting against a Reaper agent (just go with me), Tali shows up in a tattered suit and cracked visor and puts the last bullet into the agents head. As the camera pans up to her face, the crack gets bigger and bigger before a large chuck of the plate falls off.
She passes out and is rushed to the Normandy where she gets alot of medical attention and when she awakes, the first thing she sees is Shepard, sitting at her side.

I stayed with her on my 1st playthrough, I had to go back and play through ME1 sans romance in order to get an import that I could explore the other LIs with, lol. I'm treating Liara as my canon romance -- it's only fair, since she was my first. I will certainly be playing ME3 more than once, though, and you can bet Tali will be right behind :-)
