Remember, Liara will live for 800 more years after Shepard has died of old age. Basically, Shepard is the equivalent of a husband/boyfriend she had in her late teens/early 20s.

She's supported him, believed in him unwaiveringly. Longed for him in silence. that's enough

Not to mention her personality closely resembles an actual human being, one that cared for you, was with you through thick and grey, never gave up on you, always thought about you when you were dead (Tali: Diary),Risked her own health to be with you, and never gave up even when things were hard between them and all else... not to mention she has a cute physical form... those are the reasons I am a Tali Fan :wub:<3:wub:

shes actually deeply in love with shepard

I agree. I think everyone cared a great deal about Shepard, but he (assuming you play as a he (they should've done femshep/Tali, but that's another discussion entirely...)) was one of the few people in the galaxy who didn't look down on her and valued her not only as a crew- and teammate, but also as a friend, and, ultimately, as a lover.

Yes she is physically attractive. However, some of the NSFW pics are just really in poor taste to me. I just feel that it is a matter of respect for the character and would rather not see her portrayed in such ways.
However, I am not going to stop someone who enjoys that kind of thing. Whatever floats your boat.

You're right, I do find Tali attractive.

I find you a slight bit distasteful however.

i like the picture but the Tali "our father" prayer is a bit much...

I finished mine with full renegade and half paragon by just doing paragon actions with quarians, or anything that relates to Tali. <3

Oh, also, yelling down the Admiralty board gives you quite a bit of renegade with the same outcome as the Paragon, she isn't exiled.

That's what Tali has done for shepard. She literally risked her life for him, to be with him, to love him. That's one of the reasons why she's incredible.

I'm actually surprised how mature the romance story for Tali is. I just got to it today, and decided that my Soldier would peruse the shapely quarian after the fight in her loyalty mission. All the emotion in that scene, combined with the best paragon interrupt ever, moved the decision along.

I've always found Tali absolutely adorable, but thus far in ME2, I'm stunned with how much her character has grown. Even as Shep and her flirt in engineering, it's well written. Not to mention almost teeth-damaging cute how flustered she got when Shep teases her about being embarrassed.

Well done, Bioware.  Tali has always been quirky and cute, but she's grown into a very adult, strong character as well.

From an "in my character's head" view, Tali isn't just a friend or a lover, she an Equal.   Someone Shepwar would never hesitate to trust implicitly and guard his back.  Thats not something I see Shepard giving easily.

My other GuyShep is going the Miranda route, but it seems so forced that it's almost trite. At least Tali and Shepard have history.
