Well, that's the thing... what the Quarians intend to do about their homeworld is really up in the air, and this could be a major influence for it. My impression was that exposing the information would reveal exactly how dangerous it is to even look for a way to fight the Geth, as well as turn the general consensus against the people championing the war.cannedcream wrote...

I just read something kind of distressing in another Tali-related thread...
Someone mentioned that if you betray Tali and present the evidence of her father's work (something I've never done), that Admiral Xen gets very angry and Han'Gerrel remarks that the information has sabotaged the war effort. I wonder what the consequences of staying loyal to Tali will be?
But. . .but I don't wanna hurt Tali. . .
I doubt that one act would really sabotage the war effort. If the quarians really mean to take back their homeworld, then they'll do it; tech or not.
But there's got to be a way to do so without exposing the work of Tali's father.
Legion himself said that some kind of peace could be made between the Geth and the 'Creators'. I guess that many quarians wouldn't be happy about such a thing, but would it really be worse then war?
As much as I don't want to admit it, I think if the quarians went to war with the Geth, then they would lose, espechally if don't want to cause any major damage to their planet.
