I like the idea of Tali being possessive, she can certainly be very feisty when she wants to be so a full blown "Hands off my man!" scene with Liara or Ash would be just what the doctor ordered!
I can see it coming up in ME3... Gotta be an event for the player to choose which LI he wants. :happy:
With Renegade/Paragon interrupts all round!
Liara: He's mine! I went through so much for him to just give him up! (Readies biotic throw)
Tali: You had your chance, bosh'tet! (Readies Ciktikka)

If substance isn't your bag, there's about 39,900 other posts worth of fluff to skim through.
After thousands of pages it's hard to make every post an essay. For people such as myself, who have been posting diligently since v1 of the thread, it has become a meeting place of sorts to exchange banter, some Tali-related, some maybe not so much.
As long as we begin with a shout out to Tali and end with a Keelah Se'lai then no harm done right?
I agree to a point. I'm right with you until the part where many of you make the step that filling a thread with posts that don't actually say anything is fine, as it's in the interests of keeping the thread going.
I prefer to keep mum when I don't actually have anything to add that is relevant to the discussion, and doing what Jake did a few minutes ago (which was funny as Hell by the way, Jake!) with the picture and the Tali bookending is not an option for me.
I don't have any actual problem with the fluff, or the off-topicness of the thread beyond the feeling that it's what will get this thread and all made after it locked. But such is the lifecycle of threads. They get made, people say some stuff, they get closed.
I don't have an issue with fluff, I have an issue with being looked at with a stink-eye for not contributing fluff myself, as Jake did earlier. If you don't want to read my 'essays' no harm, no foul. I don't begrudge those who aren't interested. I begrudge those who comment negatively on my contributing a post with more than two lines of text, especially so when they could not be bothered to actually read the post before commenting.
Oh, and Keelah Se'lai! I consider the fact that I am spending precious moments of my short life posting in this thread enough of a shout-out to Tali, so that covers the two requirements!

You mistake my intentions, I wasn't meaning to say anything negative, and as usual was merely joking with you about the length of your posts... I'm not one to be taken seriously very often

@moth
I definitely agree with you on that it is a lot harder now to post on this thread posts that personally you might want to make but know will end as a wall of text. I know I have ben accused of writing a short novella myself when I was on thesubject of how I thought Bioware could bring about the means of Shepard and Tali having their own biological child.
That and the fact that the thread moves so fast tht most people won't bother going back 5 or more pages much less 50 to read stuff. Its one of the reasons why I like the late night/early morning posters. They usually have quite a it to say and what they do post are for the most part a good read.
