Not neccesarily true. The human body is capable of doing a lot.

There are pills that balance the lack of protein, I know some vegetarians who need to take them, otherwise they would be in great danger. But it's their convicition not to eat meat, impressive as spoken.

There are also people who have no problems with the loss of proteins gained, some off them eat fish instead to deal with the side effects etc.pp.

american dietetics association and USDA beg to differ.
well actually they just argue that a VEGETARIAN diet is healthy, not a diet of pure vegetables.

also i'm a vegetarian.
it can often be quite boring, but i'm too stubborn to go back on it.

Btw. it's a matter of fact that animals suffer and prefer living in pleasure instead of pain. Fact.

People often care to less about their own habbits and styles of living, it's not that eating meat is wrong (I'm eating it), but you just have to think about your own actions from time to time

No, but seriously. It's natural and normal to eat animals. Simply reproducing and using land for crop growth inhibits animal populations. Regardless what you do or don't do stuff dies to accomodoate your continued survival.

It's life. Might as well eat meat because it tastes good.

I did know one vegetarian who just thought the texture of meat was gross, but had no problems with killing cows. I respected her, even if i thought it was crazy to not like meat.

Vegetarians for animal rights makes no damn sense though.
