Fact is, we don't even know if for instance Turian females would look any different from their males to human eyes.

Also, I personally don't consider invention of razor a valid reason to start shaving  Razor is a very dangerous instrument 
However, I imagine Alliance personnel would have strict regulations regarding there looks and the rest of humans would probably be under a great deal of peer pressure to not look very different. I can imagine some types still growing an unkempt beard, but there would definitely not be many.
There's not as much variance as there used to be, even among humans, though. It's stated in one of the ME books, as the result of increased globalism and numerous inter-continential marriages... Everyone is starting to look pretty much the same, pale skin and blond hair are rare at that time. Imperfections of human body, like fat, were removed through gene manipulation if I remember correct...

That depends on how you choose define the passage of time in regards to its status as being "old", "current" or "future". Personally I tend to go through the pages that have cropped up since I was last on though increasingly I'm willing to make exceptions. I may still decide to respond to certain posts that I find of interest for a variety of possible reasons even if they are "old".
