since the quote block is so large, I won't quote it, but maybe that's a cerberus terminal Tali is using, and that's the default wallpaper... TIM strikes me as narcissistic enough to require that.

Not exactly. As TIM himself says, the backers dont really know the details of what he does with their money, they just trust he'll use it correctly. TIM is the one who greenlights everything
