For the record, at this point in the ME universe, the best interest of humanity is stopping the reapers.  This also happens to be in the best interest of every other species in the galaxy.  I don't really get why people can't be pragmatic about TIM.  As long as he's helping you against the reapers he can be one of your best allies.  His (bad) intentions after that are a lesser concern than the reapers.

So Cerberus did a few bad things to the Quarians. Not everyone has a perfect record. The Quarians are simply overreacting.
