No one in the Mass effect universe is perfect, the quarians created something that could've rebelled so so save their own species they tried to remove them, unfortunately losing.

Synthetics are not organic life, they don't have the rights or feelings the way we do, I for one an fully behind the Quarians in their decision to remove the geth during the morning war.

Just because they're not organic doesn't mean they don't feel like you and I do.

Indeed. Paranoia, when the geth just want to decide their own future. They had three hundred years to build a fleet to wipe out the galaxy, and never did.

That would be fun to see the Reapers come to find, though. No organics worth killing, just synthetics.

The Geth became sentient life.
You would see that they are destroyed because they are synthetic?

Yep, the Quarians took steps to protect their people, the geth were a mistake and needed to be removed, it obviously didn't work but I stand behind their decision

Yeah I have, although there was really no excuse on the part of the cylons for wiping out trillions of life and destroying the very foundation of human life. That was just pure dickery.
