You silly man, just do her loyalty mission and keep her in your squad the whole time. She got shot in the head once while closing the doors because Samara was my 1st Distraction leader and I must say I never hit the power button on my xbox so fast

Sounds like it'd be the sweet cuddle up on a couch and watch a movie.. Gah no, thats First Date, relationship isnt there yet, so Movie is a Terrible Idea.
Maybe, she'd like to go to someone like a Barnes and Noble, we can pick out a nice book, read it together? A smart girl like her could appriciate that, but its a bit of a wild card, i've never heard of anything like it.
Cant take her out to dinner (And do you have any Dextro-DNA paste? Good, she'll have the spinish and i'll have the steak), or see a movie (not a good date to be honest), dancing is out due to lack of skill...
I've Got It. We'll Hit The Arcades. It's worked well in the past, and who wouldn't love to see Tali trying out some DDR ^^ Tali Tali Tali Tali! Try this game, it has a shotgun!
After that and a few convos, hopefully we'll be at Cuddle Capacity and we can watch someone like LotR. I'll hold off on showing her The Thing, that's for another time.
