Make it as in make at least an appearance in ME3??  I think a cameo is assured.  The big question is will she be recruitable and/or romanceable?  My guess would certainly be a strong yes but nothing is guaranteed until we have ME3 in our hands.

I really thought he was going to shut us down after we hit the previous record, but that was like 600 pages ago.  If you check his profile, he's been shutting other threads down, so maybe he's just curious to see how far we can go

That's the point of this thread.  If Bioware sees that a lot of people really, really want Tali back as a squadmate, I think they'll do it.  That's why they included her as a romance option in this game, because so many people requested it on the forums.

Probably. We all thought he would let us beat the old record and no further, but alas, we are nearing 2000 now...

She'd better frackin' be, as all ME2 squadmates had better frackin' be.

I sincerely hope Bioware goes the distance and then a little extra, crafting ME3 in such a way that every character you've come to know and love will be available for use in ME3.  Does this mean extra work, as in some people's saves some characters will be dead, thus the writing rendered null for that playthrough?  Yes.  But it's far better than the alternative.

ME2 was the recruitment phase of the story.  I already assembled my crack team of intergalactic badasses, that work has been done.  I swear on all that is light and fluffy that if they try and make me spend more time in ME3 re-doing the damned recruitment drive nonsense I'll frisbee my playdisc out the window and never look back.

Probably. We all thought he would let us beat the old record and no further, but alas, we are nearing 2000 now...

Maybe they are testing and/or upgrading their forum server, to see how much it can take?

True, and that's why I post here. But think back to ME1. Wrex, tali and garrus were by far the favorites of that game. Tali and garrus came back; wrex didn't because we could blow his brains out on virmire. That makes me thibk tali has bad odds. Especially when she mentions the "they're talking about makung me an admiral" thing

Personally, I don't think they should add any new team members, or add very few like Kaiden and Liara.  If you kept all your team members alive during the suicide mission, you get to have them all back.  If you killed most of them and end up with two or three, you have to live with the consequences in ME 3 and get by with what you got
