Emo : doesnt care what people think, likes a good band whether they are on mtv or not, and won't stop listening to some band just cuz everyone suddenly 'discovered' them. they do nothing to make people feel bad for them, and want no ones sympathy. they give everything a chance before deeming it cool or uncool. and if they want to kill themselves, they do it. they dont shop regularly at hot topic, but dont' completely disregard it.

I would, because of the reasons I cited previously.  Then Bioware would not be living up to its mantra that "Your Shepard is your Shepard, and this is his/her story, throughout the series."

Taking that route would render all but the most inconsequential decisions and actions moot, leaving the "unique" character you have lovingly tended through two titles so far a carbon copy of absolutely everyone else's in all respects but for the flavor text.

I will most certainly have a problem with such a cop out measure, as it is most certainly NOT what we have been promised.

So Bioware has to do a little more scripting/voice over work/thinking about how all of these characters that may or may not have died will interact in ME3.  That's a GOOD thing.  We want our developers to be meeting and exceeding ambitious goals like this, it's the only way video games will continue to progress in any manner other than graphical shine.  By setting ambitious goals, advertising that you've set an ambitious goal, and then putting their money where their mouths are.

If any developer can do it, I know it'd be you, Bioware!  Make me proud!

You make a good point, I guess my last statement would better be phrased as; if Bioware was going to cop out, I would rather them have everyone alive by default instead of a whole new squad.  The no cop out option is always the better option.

i.e., anything that is solely-based on uneducated opinion and unregulated contribution.  You don't need to have facts or cite sources to post on Wikipedia or Urban dictionary.  Wikipedia community members usually try to be somewhat legit, but there's still no guarrantee any of the information on there is valid.
