I agree. It's not like GTA or Elder Scrolls where you can just run around killing civvies, so having some kiddies/families around would really add to the atmosphere without being morally questionable. Would much prefer ME3 recieves a huge delay with more detail than an early 2010 release and come across as just a  'large DLC'.

Exactly, you cant kill everyone so having kids running around would make ME all the better, and not cause any problems.

Emphasis on 'take their time'. LoZ: Twilight Princess got a year delay (though mostly due to the Wii) and that added far more detail and length to it.

Yeah, Id rather wait a long time for an amazing game then get the game quicker with less detail and content.
