Find this image interesting. Tali appears to have eyebrows...

Whoah, thats the most I have ever seen from inside her mask! And I do see eyebrows! And if there are Eye-brows, than that means hair! (I think...)

I always thought Tali looked somewhat like a draenei female through her mask.

snip

can you guys see eyeliner or eyelashes here too?

Well yeah..but then again, what would be the point if she has a tinted visor?

Hmm... pretty.

Yet, she looks sad.

That brings up an interesting concept. in ME1 you could influence both Garrus and (provided you played a femshep) Kaiden. What would it be like for a renegade shepard to influence Tali to a more violent, aggressive person? Not jack psychotic or Grunt "kill anything that moves", just showing off a darker side to her personality.
I'd rather like to see that.

I'm quite content with Tali not being malevolent.

As am I. I'm just saying it would be an interesting turn of events if your shepard was able to turn to the proverbial dark side.
Here's an example; let's say she was exiled in your playthrough,
the quarian people turned on her after everything she did for them. Now if it were me, I'd be BEYOND pissed off about it. So Shepard, though conversations with her, could get her to admit that she needs to start looking out for herself more and not think so much about what other people need.
This translates into a more aggressive posture when dealing with prejudice against her people and in the romance subplot we could have a more indulgent tali who is all for the romance regardless of the risks and dangers presented.
I'm not saying I don't like Tali as is, and I never would say that, I'm just saying that this could be an entertaining twist on the character.

So no one wants to even discuss this?Image IPB

sure. I hope the liara/tali confrontation will be as painless as the ashley/liara confrontation.

I'm all about choices in a role-playing game.  I think it would be cool to have the ability to influence Tali's path and decisions in the 3rd game.  However, considering how most people like her the way she is already, I doubt many would choose the "darker path" for her.

Liara: "I thought you loved me, Shepard"
Shep:"I do"
Tali: "But I thought you loved me, Shepard"

Not another "TIM is evil" dogpile :crying:

While I'll try to dodge another TIM debate, ME2 TIM is not as evil as in ME1 and the books, and he won't stand against you while he needs the reapers defeated.

somthing to that effect will be one of the endings... BioWare loves multpile endings ranging from happily ever after. to a nutral, to MY GOD WHAT THE HELL IS THIS. to evil ending.

I do wonder how extreme (or not) the variation in endings will be for ME3. Consider if you will, the Rachni's promise to aid you if their Queen was spared. Maybe (purely hypothetical) Shepard falls down to a gunshot wound short of activating the 'Reaper Killswitch' and suddenly a Rachni warrior picks him up and carries him the rest of the way.

That particular story would be lame, but it gets the point across. Making allies, or enemies, in ME1 and 2 judges who fights for you in ME3.

Fable 2 was so dissapointing due to moments such as that. It won Game of the Year somewhere, beating such games as Fallout 3. Epic WTF moment.

My whole problem with a situation like that is that it requires the player to have beaten ME1 and ME2 a certain way if they want the best ending.  I can see decisions like saving the rachni and keeping the collector base having a minor effect on the ending, but I can't see how Bioware can justify screwing over everyone who didn't play the first two.
