Would be rather stupid to play ME3 without playing the other two though, just as it is with playing ME2 without having played the first one.

after I finished my first and imported playthrough, I started a femshep infiltrator with a default story

same... I was disapointed... But made me want to play me1 with a fem shep. but I didn't. Its marketing play me1 you get super awesome me2 playthrough then super mega awesome me3 playthrough.

We already know her mouth can't be like that because of descriptions from Ascension and from Quarian skeletons on the N7 mission that have very human-like skulls and jaws.
