I'm not sure what my opinion on the subject is, but after she had to help me up from the floor of the men's room in that club on the Citadel, I think she's going to avoid getting drunk.

She'd probably die if she tried to get drunk.  Humans have a chain of enzymes in their bodies that breaks down alcohol.  Quarians might not have these same enzymes.  Like the turian at the citadel bar says "This will knock you on your ass, unless you're dextro-DNA like me, and then it will kill you."
