I have a question. If Quarians are in their suits all the time, how the heck do they clean their teeth? More specifically, what do Quarians do to keep themselves santized like that during their pilgrimage? (Like brushing teeth, grooming, etc.)

That and I mean think of the society they live in. Everything they do has to be "for the good of the fleet".
I mean in their situation it makes sense that they have that type of mindset...but enough about politics

She'd probably die if she tried to get drunk.  Humans have a chain of enzymes in their bodies that breaks down alcohol.  Quarians might not have these same enzymes.  Like the turian at the citadel bar says "This will knock you on your ass, unless you're dextro-DNA like me, and then it will kill you."

I think it is implied that she'd be drinking Quarian-compatible intoxicating beverages

They're in a sterile environment. No bacteria to cause decay. Non-issue!

They have bathing decks on their ships, I also assume that the suit has some kind of feature that can do this build in.

Well the geth were made in the likeness of Quarians...I mean some of their characteristivs had to go over.

For all we know Tali can do a mad robot as well...now THAT I would like to see

I guess they just think its cool cause of the way their knees bend but everyone quarian i've seen kinda bounces on their toes when idle

I imagine their suits would have self-sterilizing systems that clean their skin and teeth, as well as dry them off.  They'd have to, because skin breaks down after long-term contact with moisture and another surface.  Probably every once in a while they find a sterile room to remove their suit and do a real cleaning with sterile water and antibacterial solution.

Well, I assume they probably don't have to clean their teeth very often, since it seems the bulk of their nutrition on their pilgrimage is probably that nutrient paste. It's efficient, and can be consumed without mask removal.
