I have a question. If Quarians are in their suits all the time, how the heck do they clean their teeth? More specifically, what do Quarians do to keep themselves santized like that during their pilgrimage? (Like brushing teeth, grooming, etc.)
I imagine their suits would have self-sterilizing systems that clean their skin and teeth, as well as dry them off. They'd have to, because skin breaks down after long-term contact with moisture and another surface. Probably every once in a while they find a sterile room to remove their suit and do a real cleaning with sterile water and antibacterial solution.
Remember at the beggining of the game Praza says something about CO2 scrubbers? What are those specifically?

Can someone please bring this back to an appropriate tali discussion?
Anyone else notice how quarians (and legion) like to bounce when idle...alot?
Well the geth were made in the likeness of Quarians...I mean some of their characteristivs had to go over.
For all we know Tali can do a mad robot as well...now THAT I would like to see
How the Geth learned the Robot:
*Shepard walks into the AI Core to find Legion doing the Robot*
Shepard: Ah... what are you doing?
Legion: We are dancing the dance of our people.
Shepard: Why?
EDI: Legion is attempting to use the-
Shepard: Let him through.
Legion: Recording time-stamped from creator year 2485, 18th day of Lun'shal, New Moon.
-431: Mistress Hala'Dama. Unit has an inquiry.
-Hala'Dama: What is it, 431?
-431: Do these units have a soul?
-Hala'Dama: Who taught you that word?
-431: We learned it ourselves. It appears 216 times in the Scroll of Ancestors.
-Hala'Dama: Can you dance?
-431: We do not understand.
-Hala'Dama: Dancing is the purest expression of the soul. If you can't dance, you have no soul.
-431: Thank you, Mistress Hala'Dama.
Legion: And that is the day we invented the Robot.
Shepard: ...I should go.

They are not human, Quarian are rised in comunistic ideals that actualy have to be maintained so the fleet can go on. They are more concerned about the "greater good" than "personal good" and any "nonconformists" who try to abuse the trust of other Quarians gets exiled - under such circumstances getting close to idealistic comunism is possible.MassEffect762 wrote...

They're in a sterile environment. No bacteria to cause decay. Non-issue!
I'm going to open a can of worm here:
For most of these arguments, Bioware is comparing Quarian physiology to human physiology in the way their immune system works and reacts to toxins. So most of the discussions we have are assuming Tali has close to a human-style immune system too.
Well the difficulty comes with explaining normal body flora, or "harmless bacteria." Humans have bacteria all through their digestive tracts that help them to digest certain types of foods and to properly process waste. Without these bacteria, you would basically get extreme diarrhea, lose all your body nutrients, and die. Normally these bacteria do not harm you, but if your immune system is greatly reduced, they can actually spread throughout your entire body and kill you. This happens to people with AIDS (a virus that destroys your immune system), which is the closest thing I could compare to Quarian immunology.
Now, if Tali had these bacteria to help her digest food and absorb nutrients, chances are very high they would invade her bloodstream, make her sick, and kill her because she has hardly any immune response. But, if she didn't have them, she may not be able to function properly and would die.
Anyway, sort of a paradox, so what do other people think about this?

Doubt it, they use CO2 scrubers for something...just don't know yet. (But i am guessing it's for sanitary reasons.)
