Anyone else starting to hate the loyalty mission that is Tali's?(didn't want to put hate and Tali next to each other). It's so sad. The whole time Tali is speaking either in fear, anger, remorse, or self defense. I can't stand hearing her cry saying "damnit, damnit" and then her father. The entire mission just makes me feel bad. Thankfully it ends well (for us anyway), but 90% of it was heart-wrenching.

In the beginning after the first part of the trial, Liz Sroka has her speak with an exceptional degree of panic in her voice. Not overbearing, but rushed, quick, and uneven tone. When she's wondering about the potential death of her father.

At the end of the combat part when you're discussing the final fate of her father and the evidence. Her voice cracks almost identical to how it does in real grief for normal people, when she's explaining what will happen to her fathers name.

It's the bottom left option, and only at the very end. Very well acted out.


I can't always cut through how my of my bias makes me think Liz Sroka is a good voice actor or not, but those two moments in particularly highly her quality as a voice over actor.


To be fair, no other character in the game really has a great deal of emotional ups and downs to have opportunities to shine like that, except Jack.

That reminds me of my FemShep run.  I romanced Garrus and I had a full compliment of dead fish that I had forgotten about.  Between his goofy mannerisms and a tank full of dead fish I couldn't stop laughing.

That's what I assume too, though I admit that it's a result of bias, from her pounce.

Her VA the entire mission was perfect. She definitely had to have more range in her voice than ANY other character, seriously. From the happy "family moment" with her aunt to it seeming like Liz was actually crying after her dad died, she has to win the vote for most talented performance. We are bias cuz we love Tali but we aren't wrong and we know it.

I'll pay attention to that bottom left option you mentioned. Also is Liz the only NPC VA that actually cries/chokes up in the game?

That vid drives me nuts after watching it once, but hey Harbinger has a lot to say.

He's a total Shepard fanboy.

Always reminds me how my first time trough the game, I thought that giving Rael up was the right thing to do... cue sad sad and angry Tali , I thought I could make it better but ended up reloading a short time after.

That was a downer
