Yes her VA was fine and good for the mission as she is normally, but again how much of that acceptance is bias towards "I like tali, so tali talking is a good thing."

I take Tali on all side missions, I specifically pick chrs who have less dialogue priority then she does simply because she will then talk more. Tali talking is what I like. I want to hear her talk more and I appreciate what she says, how she says it, etc more simply because I am bias towards Tali.
So thats why I specify those 2 moments above and beyond every other. I don't have to appreciate Tali to go "wow, she pulled that off well."
Now that you mentioned it I remember watching Jack's love scene on youtube. Never actually romanced her so slipped my mind that that was a crying scene. But anyways we're bias with good reason though. I like cake, that doesn't make me bias against fig newtons, I like them too. But cake is..well, better
